PRESIDENT:
The President shall be in charge of the affairs of the Association.

Vice-President:
The
Vice-President shall assume the duties of the President during his
absence. The Vice-President shall also be chairperson of the
Directory Committee and is responsible for the publication of the
directory.

Secretary:
The Secretary shall keep all permanent records, keep a roster of active members, and keep a record of the proceedings at all meetings.
